Cancellation Policy:

Should you have to cancell your reservation we will gladly refund your reservation should we be able to re-rent the cottage for the dates of your reservation.  Should the cottage not be re-booked for the dates of your reservation - unfortunately no refund will be due to you. 

When we block your reservation out of our system we are committing to you so we expect the same commitment in turn.

We do not normally take reservations off the beach and most bookings are made well in advance.

This is a destination location and with the logistics of getting to the island one really needs advanced booking and co-ordination with regards to transporation to the islands.

Should you cancel your trip for medical reasons we will gladly furnish your Travel Insurance confirmation of your booking and the rates charged - should you not be able to travel over the time of your booking.

Insurance

Shack 58 & 59 take every precaution to ensure a safe stay, however the guests stay at their own risk. Guest insurance is not provided and we cannot take responibility for any loss, accident, damage or injuries incurred during the client's holiday.

Shack 58 & 59 does not include any form of insurance whatsover, so we highly recommend you arrange travel insurance for your own protection, which covers on in case of cancelled tranportation, accident, injury, loss of personal effects or unforseen circumstance.

RATES - each property only accommodates 2 persons and breakfast is included.

Shack 58 = Euro 65 for cottage per night + 21% Gov Tax and Service

Shack 59 = Euro 45 for cottage per night + 21% Gov Tax and Service.

We have a ZERO tolerence for use of DRUGS on the property.  Drug use in Indonesia is can hold a life term in prison.

IF THIS IS YOUR GIG -PLEASE DO NOT STAY WITH US there are plenty of other places to stay.

GETTING TO THE ISLAND

Please make sure you organise transportation to the islands well in advance. If you are taking one of the fast boats space is very limited so advance bookings are essential. Please note all boats go from Bali to Gili Trawangan from there one has to charter a local boat through the boat corporation to Gili Meno - this is about a 15 to 20 minute boat ride between the islands.  For help with all transporation we recommend you contact:-
